The Marketing Technology Awards ceremony will take place in Tribeca, New York on March 21, 2019. Entries are open for submission now through January 25.

Why the awards, you ask?

Well, the marketing technology space has been exploding in recent years.

For companies who want to pick a new vendor, figure out how different technologies work together, or decide where to put this year’s budget and where to wait — it gets tricky.

If you’re in the market to buy some marketing technology, here are your options:

Pretty crowded, isn’t it?

Thanks to Scott Brinker & co. for putting these landscapes together every year. Ps if you come to the ceremony you can chat to him about it — he’s hosting.

These awards, then, will try to help people, businesses, and all of us in the space make some sense of that overwhelming market.

That aside, we think marketing technology is pretty snazzy and want to celebrate it.

What kind of categories are included in the Awards?

Categories include Technology (most awards here), Use of Technologies, and People.

The Technology category spans everything from Best CRM to Best Marketing Automation Platform, from Best Personalization Tool to Best Chat/Conversational Bot.

Beyond the technology itself, awards will honor the people, teams, and creative ideas that make them happen.

For example, we’ll be awarding things such as:

  • Best Technology Combination
  • Best Data Enablement Campaign
  • Marketing Technologist of the Year
  • Marketing Technology Team of the Year

What do I need in order to submit an entry for the Marketing Technology Awards?

To submit an entry, you’ll need basic information about the company / tool / person / team / whatever award category you select.

You’ll need to provide brief paragraphs (less than 350 words) supporting your case. For instance, you’ll want to talk about things like ease of use, innovation, onboarding, value, integration, customer service, etc.

You’re welcome (encouraged but not required) to provide supporting evidence in the form of other documents, such as a client case study.

That’s it!

Is my information confidential?

Yes, all information you provide will only be viewed by the judges.

Do I have to pay to submit an entry?

No, there is no charge to enter the awards.

Who decides who wins?

Each of the technology awards will be 50% voted for by our readers and their customers, and 50% voted for by our line-up of some of the leading minds in the industry.

For the other awards (people, campaigns, teams, etc), we have this panel of eight expert judges who will make a decision together.
